FRANKLIN — Steve Poirier is an artist. But he doesn’t use paint brushes or paints, oils or pencils, or any other medium typically used to create art.

His art is created with coffee — a combination of the best shade-grown, organic coffee beans sourced from farmers in Nicaragua and Indonesia, the best milks, and the purest of water.

Over the past few months, he and his wife, Alexa Manocchio, have made a name for themselves as purveyors not just of cold brewed, small batch coffee, but also of an experience — one that invites those who enjoy their coffee to slow down, take in the moment and enjoy the simple pleasures of life.
